Why I Chose GBG To Build...

I have received numerous emails asking me why I decided to join GBG. I will outline my decision here for all to review. I personally have always been drawn to the health & wellness side of our business. Now I could say I am passionate about health & wellness, but if you look at my pictures you would chuckle a bit! The truth is I know I need to be passionate about my health and so do countless other people around the globe, so being involved in the industry can help me in this process.

I looked at numerous companies outside of the Health & Wellness Industry, but I could not see myself being passionate about the product/service. Passionate about helping people yes, but the services no. You need to be both to make it in this industry! I narrowed the choice down to FreeLife and GBG in my final days of decision making. I really like FreeLife, the ownership and the intangibles a business needs to be successful. With GBG I liked the same things, but I had done business with Stuart, Michael and David in the past and that ultimately won me over!

Free business, free websites, free training and a $19.95 product is affordable for most people looking to start a business. And the questions about the failures of some previous businesses these men were involved in. What successful man does not have failure in his past? I don't live in the past and neither should you. So for me it came down to passion, past relationships and expense for the average person. Not to mention the 10-1 product!

"The Purpose of This Blog...

Randy Hollingsworth here with a brief update and an introduction to this Blog. After leaving company ownership for the second time I was presented with numerous opportunities to become a distributor again. First of all, let me say to all of you reps out there you need to thank your company ownership from time to time for the job they do. Ownership is tough and after going through it two times I decided to say goodbye, which I believe is for good.

When I left as the CEO of FWI I believed I was leaving the industry I had been a part of for almost 19 years for good as well. I was a company owner two different times and one of the top distributors for three other companies during my career. I have also been a broke distributor, I have been there and done that too!

Now here comes the purpose of this blog. I turned down the countless offers for various companies, top positions and other goodies so I could build from scratch! I even randomly joined a downline of someone I do not even know for this experiment. Why? To build a business one last time from scratch without any incentives to do so other than to show others through this blog step-by-step how I am doing it.

I joined this company the last week in April and I will start building this business on May 13, 2009 once I have educated myself to the product. I will not be using any connections from the past, I will not be moving over downlines, I will be building this business from scratch and I will be reporting exactly how I am doing it right here!

And the best part I will be doing it with a $100 a month marketing budget! My goal is to show the average person they can succeed with the right opportunity, the right work ethic without going broke if they work smart. Tune in often as I plan to make this a daily routine around the 13th of May.
